Trump gives Hamas deadline to respond to his peace plan
Trump informed journalists regarding the expected timeline for a response from the Palestinian resistance group, "we're going to do about three or four days. We'll see how it is."
He stated that all Arab and Muslim nations as well as Israel, have inked the plan.
He stated that "we're just waiting for Hamas, and Hamas is either going to be doing it or not — and if it's not, it's going to be a very sad end."
On Monday, Trump disclosed the 20-point plan to halt Israel-Gaza conflict during a White House news conference with Benjamin Netanyahu.
The plan requires all Israeli hostages to be released in return of dozens of Palestinian detainees. In return, the plan mandates the total disarming of Hamas, a phased Israeli troop withdrawal, and the creation of an apolitical, expert-led Palestinian committee to govern the territory.
